These niche websites are similar to  the ones listed in Portfolio 2, except they are non-WordPress in the building method, but very easy to modify. It just depends on your preference. They look a bit nicer than the WordPress versions, maybe because they are newer in design. Both versions are easy to change the look and site colors. They both come with content and pictures with up to 10 pages. Usually, pages and content are deleted because the sites have more services than my client offers. Usually, I build a complete website for $300 plus $15/month hosting with most modifications included as needed as time goes by. A website like this would cost you over $1,000 from other sources.

It appears that Google loves these websites. I built one (the WordPress version) for a friend, and it took only 3 months for him to go from page 3 in the search results to #1, #2, or #3 in the “3-pack” in the search results. Search “autobody wilmington ma” and see where BandLEnterprises.com shows up. I have templates for more “artsy” websites, but these are designed to bring calls, emails, and business. I’m a fan.
